I recently moved into the area and asked on the Cranleigh Facebook page for some recommendations and The Hair Company, came highly recommended. I visited the salon and Sarah the owner made me feel completely at ease and we had a consultation and I was booked in. I had some colouring done with Jody, who is a true expert in the colouring field and we decided to make a change, so I didn't have to come to the salon every two weeks to cover my grey. What can I say, I was in the salon for 5 hours and was completely looked after with refreshments and I felt completely at ease with the whole process and super happy with the outcome!! Thank you so much girls for all your help and for being so approachable and friendly. I can now see why you were recommended so highly. See you soon Lynne xx
Hi, I have been a client of the Salon for just over one year. After a lifetime of monthly colouring I asked the salon about the process of going grey. Well this week on Monday after months of deliberating we bit the bullet and the deed was done. You'll note I said we because it was a joint effort. Jodie advised me of the best way to approach what was required and supported me throughout although I am sure she was as nervous as I was about the outcome.
I can't tell you how delighted I am with the result. It's just great. The care shown to me throughout the past year in getting my hair back to a decent condition, advice about how to shampoo and condition properly has meant that my hair looks good most of the time and I don't intend to let that stop . I am excited at the thought of looking modern in my mid 70's and I now feel I have right hair colour to match my face age and skin tones. Thanks so much to the brilliant Jodie in particular and to Sarah as well, for their expertise on the day and to all the other staff and customers who were so encouraging when I did the reveal. My husband sadly didn't really notice except to say , oh that looks nice!! Once again my thanks and best wishes to a most professional and caring salon. See you soon June x

I have been having my hair cut and coloured by this amazing salon for a year now. Not only are all the people who work there super friendly and lovely, but absolutely fantastic at what they all do. I am so delighted with my hair!! Jodie is by far the best colourist I have ever had, and Steph is absolutely incredible at cutting. Never has my hair looked and felt so lovely. I had Leah blow dry my hair, after I had my colour done and it looked amazing. The best hair salon I have ever experienced! Feel blessed to have found you.

I entered the salon with over-bleached, damaged hair and left not just with a fabulous new cut and colour-but with the advice on how to care for my hair properly!
The staff are caring, welcoming, patient and above all else knowledgeable and highly skilled.

Have had my hair coloured twice now by Leah who is training here. She's been lovely and done an excellent job. Leah and all the staff are very attentive and kind, making sure I feel relaxed and taken care of. No anxiety about Leah being a student as she is well supervised all through my consultation and colour. They go above and beyond making sure I have no colour marks on my skin as have a dark red put on, in fact I have never had a salon take so much care about it. Thanks to the the Hair Company for looking after me and my mane and leaving me ready to face the world 😊

I have recently moved to Cranleigh and was dreading having to find a new hairdressers. I finally bit the bullet today and had my appt with Steph. She was so friendly and put me at ease straight away. The shop was lovely and the facilities were an eye opener. Never have I had a comfortable hair wash with no neck pain and a back massage at the same time. My cut took longer than what I was used to and let me just say, it was worth it. I only had a trim but the time she took over it and making sure it was just right and I was happy with it was worth it. No longer will I look at going for a hair cut as a chore but rather a pampering experience. Thank you Steph for being so kind with a new nervous customer. I will be seeing you soon.

Wow, summer blond balayage success! Jodie and Sarah got great results on my first ever balayage by ensuring I had a thorough consultation on the balayage process and understood the importance of aftercare and upkeep. Crucially Jodie tested my hair elasticity in advance of the appointment. Jodie knows her onions and created this great look (after trialling her next Star Wars cosplay headdress on me first!). Worth the time and effort, gorgeous summer locks. K.
